A concept plan shows the proposed layout for a site, including the size, shape and position of planting areas, seating space, lawns, parking, driveway, and any other required spaces and elements. Paths, screens, shelterbelts, clothesline, vegetable gardens, en swimming pools may all be specified on a concept plan. 

At the concept stage, I will also prepare a concept sketch for you of a 3D view of the design, so that you can see what the final result will look like.

Revisions of the concept plan are free of charge.

Specifications for building materials and plants, as well as construction details are not part of a concept plan. If you would like this information, then you will need a planting plan.
